OVERVIEW
We are having a simple and low-key wedding. We have 20 people that are attending. We are getting married between boardwalk 1 and 2 on Kiawah Island. Because of the simplicity of the ceremony, we are not having any extended family nor plus ones attending.
This is located inside a private community with a gate. We have rented 3 beach houses so everyone has a place to stay. The houses are rented the nights of Friday, September 11 to Saturday, September 12. Feel free to come down Friday and stay with us through Sunday!
We will be having a party/reception after the ceremony at one of the beach houses. Drinks and food will be served!

Please arrive to this address. Once you get here, we will give you information on how to get to your rental house. There is no smoking at the rental houses. If you need to smoke take a walk.
The house is located within the second Inlet Cove gate. When driving onto Kiawah Island, turn right at the stop sign before you reach the main gate. This is right past the Kiawah Real Estate building. You’ll notice the Kiawah Island General Store at this intersection. The second Inlet Cove gate is on your right about ½ mile past the intersection. You’ll need the gate code for access to the neighborhood and the house is the first house on your left.

CHECK IN - 4PM
We do not have any plans for Friday but we encourage everyone to arrive on Friday and take advantage of the beach. The rental houses are a 5 minute walk away from the beach.Please let us know when you will be arriving, so we know to expect you!
Saturday, September 12th, 2026
CEREMONY - 7:30PM
PICTURES - 8PM
RECEPTION - 8:30PM to 12AM
The day of the ceremony is low-key. Please start making your way to the beach by 6:45 at the latest, it will take 15-20 minutes to walk to the location of the ceremony.
Sunday, September 13th, 2026
CHECK OUT - 10AM
We gotta leave the beach houses the way we found them.
CEREMONY
The ceremony is going to happen between boardwalk 1 and 2 on the West side of the island. It's about a 15 minute walk from the beach houses. Most of the path is on a concrete pathway but the last half mile is on the beach. We chose a spot that is somewhat difficult to get to, so that there are less people walking through the ceremony.Here is a map:
FOOD
We are not going to be having a formal dinner, we are going to have a spread of food at the main beach house following the ceremony. We will also have alcoholic drinks for everyone. If you have any special requests or food allergies please let Jacob or Ari know so we can accomodate!Ari's best friend Richard is going to be cooking us a menu of food as well!
DRESS CODE
Colors are cool tones (green,blue,purple) and black! Be as casual or as expressive as you’d like to be
PLUS ONE
Plus ones are not allowed, we don't simply have the room, and we want the wedding to be intimate with our closest friends.
ACTIVITIES
We don't have any specific activies planned, but we would recommend bringing your bathing suit and some nice walking shoes. Downtown Charleston is about a 30-40 minute drive away, and is incredible beautiful if you have never visited.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Our friend Hillary Cervantes @hmc_photo_ will be taking proffesional photos are the ceremony. Please stay in your seats, don't get up and try to get your own photos, lol. We want her to take the best photos she possibly can.
